Return & Exchange Policy
At Front Row At A Funeral, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
